Erin has a sincere passion to help others and an internal drive to make a lasting impact on the world. This passion spurred the foundation of FMP Productions. Erin has taken her experiences in foundation management, event production and marketing consultation and has created a company that has a sole focus on creating innovative ways that allow people to make a difference.

Adam Benoit

Director of Operations

When he’s not hitting the links or catching the final minutes of a Celtic’s game, Adam can be found planning, organizing and overseeing the day to day operations of FMP Productions. With a focus on providing the very best services to FMP’s clients, Adam utilizes his creativity, resourcefulness and hard working mentality to go above and beyond for all.

Jared Wayland

Creative Director

Jared can be found overseeing and creating all of FMP’s visual content. With a passion for design and an eye for detail, Jared applies his talents to everything from social media graphics to full-scale identity and branding projects. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, collecting records and talking about Springsteen any chance he gets!

Account Manager

When she’s not hanging at the beach, indulging in retail therapy, or soaking up the sun in Florida with her loved ones, Haley can be found working at FMP Productions as an Account Manager. Starting her journey with FMP Productions as an intern, she uses her background in Hospitality Management and her Master’s in Business Administration to create unforgettable events. Haley‘s passion for events is led by creativity and enthusiasm, ensuring that each client receives nothing short of excellence from FMP Productions.

Rylee Lucia

Account Manager

When she’s not kayaking, crocheting, spending time with her friends and family, and two pups, Rylee can be found working as an Account Manager at FMP Productions. Starting as an intern at FMP Productions, she fell in love with work that allows her to make a difference in people’s lives. After completing her internship and recently graduating with a degree in Sport Management, she wanted to continue working at a company that makes an impact every day. Rylee’s attention to detail, creativity, and passion for nonprofits, events and marketing allows her to ensure that FMP’s clients feel they have the best experience plus a little bit more.
